The food was very tasty. Unfortunately, the service is typically sub-standard. However, we decided to try again for Sunday lunch. During our visit for lunch on January 28 2007, we were behind another couple who wanted to order the lunch buffet. After waiting for a few minutes (with no one else in front of them - and no one staffing the counter at 12:20 p.m.), the man finally got the attention of a young lady who grudgingly took his order. After taking his order and giving his change, she failed to thank him, apologize for his wait or acknowledge him in any other way. It was potentially the rudest exchange I have ever seen by a "service" employee. The incident is most disturbing as the young lady's name badge indicated she was the shift manager!

Today's visit made me determine that it will be a very long time before my wife and I return to your restaurant.
