Street projects ranked by Joplin sales tax panel

JOPLIN, Mo. -- A Joplin advisory committee on Tuesday voted to recommend that the city undertake more than $52 million in street and bridge projects if voters approve the extension of the city's three-eighths-cent capital improvements sales tax.
