Oklahoma executes inmate; Missouri execution stayed

OKLAHOMA CITY (Reuters) - Oklahoma on Tuesday executed a man convicted of raping and murdering two elderly women in the 1980s, while Missouri appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court to be allowed to proceed with an execution hours later.
