2010 Prairie Day Celebration!

Visitor Center at George Washington Carver National Monument
10:00 am â€“ 3:00 pm
Come and celebrate life on the prairie during the 1860s to 1880s. Musical entertainment, nature exhibits and a variety of living history demonstrations are the highlights of the event. Visitors are invited to dip candles, churn butter, tour the prairie in a horse-drawn wagon, and much more!
